Who can register?

NEAC’s shows are open to retail buyers only. If you haven’t been to one of our shows in the past, please plan to bring proof that you are a retailer: business card, letterhead, company check, tax ID number or the address for your store’s website.

Many retailers ask about bringing employees, friends or relatives who help them pick merchandise. YES! Please register everyone in your party who is coming along to help you shop. Please note, we’re sorry, but children and pets (other than service animals) are not allowed.

When is the last day to register online?

Pre-registration closes at 11:59 pm on the Wednesday before the show. 

Can I register on-site?

Absolutely – we are happy to help you register on-site.

Can I register my team with the same email address?

Absolutely!

I’m registered but am unable to attend. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Please ask your replacement to register on-site when they arrive.

What are the food options on-site?

The New England Apparel Show will provide lunch to our buyers – free if charge! Please be sure to check in daily to get your lunch ticket. Lunch will be served in the reception area of the ballroom/armory complex, on the North Side of the building past hotel reception. We will also offer coffee and bagels in the same area each morning.

Coffee will be served from 8 am – 10 am each morning.

Lunch will be served from 12 pm – 3 pm on Sunday March 10 and Monday March 11; and from 12 pm – 2 pm on Tuesday March 12.

We also have a daily snack and coffee break during the afternoon.

Where can I park, and what are the rates?

Park in the DoubleTree parking garage. You can access the show floor from the third floor of the garage. NEAC validates parking – you will be charged $7/day or $12.75 overnight.

NEAC’s membership represents nearly 1000 clothing, accessory, footwear and gift brands. The New England Apparel Show brings them all together over 50,000 square feet to provide a one-stop-shop for retailers and buyers. View our March 2024 show details here and pre-register as a buyer here.

Sportswear will be located in the EXPO, Booths 01-820; accessories and footwear will be in the Armory/Ballroom, Booths 1000-1720. Please see event floor plans here. You will want to plan your appointments with this in mind – your accessory and footwear reps will be located on the other side of the venue – where morning coffee and lunch will be served.
