Today, the New England Apparel Show shared some exciting news! Our biggest show of the year will take place in a new venue — The Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence!

Where is the Convention Center located?

The GPS-friendly address for the RICC is:

1 Sabin Street, Providence, RI

There is a parking garage attached to the convention center and easy signage to direct you.

What are the Dates & Times for the Show?

Sunday, October 22: 9 am – 6 pm

Monday October 23: 9 am – 6 pm

Tuesday, October 24: 9 am – 4 pm

Is there an official Show Hotel?

Yes! The New England Apparel Show has secured a rate of $159/night at the Hilton Providence, just steps from the Convention Center. You can book online here.

Are you moving all shows to Providence permanently?

No. We do have 2024 shows booked in both Providence and Manchester, NH.  We heard our buyers who were hoping for a more Southern location for our shows, and our plan is to bring the best in fashion to you at both locations, so we are able to make it easy for our beloved retailers all around New England.

Can I register as a buyer yet?

YES! Please plan early as this show will be a BIG ONE! You can register online as a buyer here. We can’t wait to welcome you!

If this is your first time attending a New England Apparel Show, please plan to register onsite. Don’t worry – pre-registration is not a requirement for anyone!

If this is your first show, please bring something to show us that you are indeed a retailer – your Tax ID form, letterhead, a company check, or a business card. We just need to verify your status as a retailer.

How can I see who’s going to be exhibiting?

We are busy planning our show, and new brands and reps are signing up every day. For now, you can visit the show online here and search by brand, rep or category to see who has signed up so far.

As we get closer to the event, we’ll post a complete list of brands and reps for download, along with a floor plan, so you can start making appointments!
